The demand for access to high-quality Jewish filmographic content exists in many cities in Russia and CIS countries.

Ark Foundation has often received requests for screening films in Birobidzhan, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Volgograd, Vladivostok and many others, as well as in Ukraine, Belorus, and Kazakhstan. But to organize film festivals in those cities would mean to carry large financial and administrative costs. Besides, our core audiences in different locations can be rather small, even when engaged and passionate. A streaming service that can showcase professional works of Jewish cinematography can be a satisfying response to the interests of wide audiences.
